“深圳青年美术大展”是由深圳市宣传文化基金支持，深圳美术馆、深圳青年美术家协会主办，面向社会公开征稿的系列青年美术展览。展览每两年一届，自2019年首次举办以来，已连续举办三届，成为了展现青年艺术家创造力的重要平台。从2021年开始，展览主题确定为“青年视界”，即用青年的眼睛看世界。青年人独有的精神气质和锐意上进、生生不息的青春气息，正是深圳城市精神的最佳写照，他们对于社会现象、文化传统、个人情感、科学技术等各方面的敏锐观察与独到见解，往往能带来耳目一新的艺术体验。
The "Shenzhen Youth Art Exhibition" is a biennial series of youth art exhibitions that invites public submissions. It is supported by the Shenzhen Publicity and Culture Foundation and organized by the Shenzhen Art Museum and the Shenzhen Youth Artists Association. Since its inception in 2019, the exhibition has been held three times, establishing itself as a significant platform for showcasing the creativity of young artists. In 2021, the theme "Youth Vision" was adopted, for encouraging participants to interpret the world through the eyes of youth. The distinctive spirit, progressive ambition, and vibrant energy of young people perfectly capture the essence of Shenzhen's urban spirit. Their sharp observations and unique insights into social phenomena, cultural traditions, personal emotions, and technological advancements often lead to uniquely refreshing artistic experiences.
“青年视界——深圳青年美术大展”立足于深圳本土，辐射粤港澳大湾区，以推举新人为主要目标，秉承“开放、包容、展示、交流” 的宗旨，致力于打造系列具有学术性、持续性和公益性的展览项目，并以此为平台，鼓励和激发青年艺术家们以独特的视角去探索与表达。主办方希望通过系列展览，汇聚来自不同领域与背景的青年才俊，呈现他们对艺术的理解与追求，也希望通过这个特殊的平台，为深圳的文化艺术发展汇聚更多的新生力量。
The "Youth Vision: Shenzhen Youth Art Exhibition" is rooted in Shenzhen and extends its reach across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with its main objective of supporting emerging talents.Committed to the principles of "openness, inclusiveness, presentation, and communication," the exhibition is designed to be a series of academically rigorous, sustainable, and public-spirited projects. This series encourages and stimulates young artists to explore and express their unique perspectives. The organizers aim to bring together young talents from diverse fields and backgrounds through these exhibitions, showcasing their interpretations and aspirations in art. Additionally, they hope this unique exhibition series will contribute to the infusion of fresh, dynamic energy into the cultural and artistic development of Shenzhen.
本届展览共收到近千位艺术家的有效投稿，其中以深圳艺术家为主，也不乏北京、上海乃至留学海外的青年艺术家，投稿艺术家数量较上届增长47%。此次展览突破大湾区的地域限制，吸引了越来越多的新面孔参与。经过专家委员会公开、公平、公正的评审，最终遴选出100件（组）投稿作品，涵盖国画、油画、水彩、版画、雕塑、装置、影像、新媒体等多种媒介。展览分为四个板块，即“未来城市”“科技之眼”“流金叠翠”“无尽之境”，分别从青年城市生活、科技发展、自然景观和人的哲思这四个角度，将多维、多彩和具有无限可能性的新兴城市通过艺术的形式呈现出来，并通过这四个板块的交织与互动，激发更多关于城市与青年的想象。
This edition of the exhibition received effective submissions from nearly a thousand artists, predominantly from Shenzhen, with significant participation from young artists from Beijing, Shanghai, and abroad, marking a 47% increase in submissions compared to the previous edition. This year's event has expanded beyond the Greater Bay Area, drawing an increasingly diverse group of new participants. Following a transparent, fair, and impartial evaluation by the expert committee, 100 pieces (or sets) of artwork were selected, encompassing a wide range of media such as ink painting, oil painting, watercolor, printmaking, sculpture, installation, video, and new media. The exhibition is divided into four thematic sections: Future Cities, Artilization of Science and Technology,Best of the Best, Nature the Natural, and A Mind-wandering of Philosophy and Art. These sections explore the multifaceted and vibrant possibilities of emerging urban environments through the lenses of youth urban life, technological progress, natural landscapes, and philosophical inquiry. Through the four interconnected themes, the exhibition aims to fuel further imagination about urban life and the aspirations of youth.

Named after the city, the Shenzhen Art Museum is strategically positioned with a mission to be "on basis of Shenzhen, look towards the world; basis of the times, look towards the future," and operates under the guiding principle of "focusing on Shenzhen and urban perspectives." The "Youth Vision: 2024 Shenzhen Youth Art Exhibition" is set to unveil its new look at the new building of the Shenzhen Art Museum. This section reveals the diversity and vibrancy of urban life, capturing everything from cityscapes and everyday objects to the individuals who inhabit them. It delves into the urban lifestyles shaped by these elements and the reflections they inspire. From expansive avenues to serene parks, from crowded subway stations to secluded nooks of personal retreat, from lively group scenes to contemplative solo portraits, each artwork tells a distinct story. These narratives are steeped in the artists' recollections of the past, their engagement with the present, and their dreams for the future. Through these works, viewers gain an intimate glimpse of the artists' meticulous attention to the myriad details of a rapidly moving urban environment. As cities grow and adapt with technological progress, their histories pave the way for the present, and the present, in turn, shapes the future.

科技是发现，也是表现。科技不仅可以带来视觉的盛宴，也能启发心灵的对话。艺术家通过互动体验、视觉艺术和多媒体展示，带领观众深入了解人工智能、虚拟现实、数据可视化等科技如何融合于日常生活与艺术创作之中，并探索科技如何改变我们看待世界的方式。借由展览，观众将得以亲历科技在人类生活中扮演的多重角色，感受技术带来的便捷与挑战，思考在科技飞速发展的时代如何更好地与之共生。或许每个人都能在不同的作品中找到灵感，进而反思科技在人类未来发展中的作用。
Science and technology are tools for discovery, and also the means of expression. It not only provides a visual feast but also initiates a dialogue between the mind and soul. Through interactive experiences, visual arts, and multimedia displays, artists guide viewers into a deeper understanding of how technologies like artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and data visualization integrate into everyday life and artistic endeavors. They probe how technology alters our perception of the world. This section enables visitors to experience the diverse roles technology plays in human life, to appreciate the conveniences and challenges it presents, and to consider how to live in harmony with rapidly advancing technology. Each visitor may find inspiration in different pieces, prompting reflection on technology's role in the future development of humanity.

A Mind‐wandering of Philosophy and Art
“无尽之境”开启的是艺术家关于时间、空间、存在、结构、秩序等命题的哲思。在这里，每一个物象、每一种形状、每一次声响都被赋予了深刻的内涵。无论是迷失在点、线、面、体积、色彩的矩阵，还是陶醉于细腻的光影变幻，都是一次新的精神探险。艺术探索是无涯的旅程，如舟行江海，带着无尽的可能，驶向未知的彼岸。在这里，艺术家提供了一个无限延展的想象空间，思考人类共同面对的若干命题，启迪人们重新审视自我与世界的关系。
"A Mind‐wandering of Philosophy and Art" invites artists to delve into philosophical musings on concepts such as time, space, existence, structure, and order. In this section, every object, shape, and sound carries deep significance. Whether one is navigating the complex grid of dots, lines, planes, volumes, and colors, or reveling in the subtle interplay of light and shadow, each experience is a fresh spiritual journey. Artistic exploration is a limitless voyage, akin to sailing across vast rivers and oceans, laden with endless possibilities and heading toward the uncharted. Here, artists create a space of boundless imagination, pondering profound questions that humanity collectively faces, and encouraging a reexamination of the relationship with ourselves and the world.
