宋代社会安定，经济繁荣，百姓审美与精神寄托交融于器物之中，造就了陶瓷艺术的又一高峰。在这一时期，各大名窑精巧构思，将寓意深远的吉祥元素融入瓷器造型、装饰与釉色之中——或借神禽瑞兽之形祈福纳祥，或以花果器象寄托安康之意，或以典故谐音表达仕途昌盛、家族延绵的祝愿。每一笔皆有来历，每一意皆有寄托，是古人情感、信仰与生活智慧的凝结。
During the stable and prosperous Song dynasty, aesthetics and spiritual pursuits were seamlessly woven into everyday objects, culminating in a pinnacle of ceramic art. Major kilns conceived intricate designs that imbued porcelain forms, decorations, and glazes with profound auspicious symbolism—whether by invoking divine birds and mythical beasts to usher in blessings, employing floral and fruit patterns to convey health and well-being, or using allusion and homophony to express hopes for career success and family continuity. Every brushstroke and motif carry meaning, encapsulating the ancients’ emotions, beliefs, and wisdom.

本次展览汇集定窑、吉州窑、磁州窑与耀州窑等窑口的五十余件宋代吉祥主题瓷器，围绕“吉祥止止”与“福禄穰穰”两大篇章展开。愿观众于一器一物之间，体察先民对安宁富足、喜乐长寿的心愿，亦从这份穿越千年的祥瑞意象中，感知中华文化中含蓄而深切的情感表达。
This exhibition gathers over fifty pieces of Song dynasty auspicious-themed ceramics from the renowned Ding Kiln, Jizhou Kiln, Cizhou Kiln, and Yaozhou Kilns, and has organized them into two major sections: Endless Auspicious and Perpetual Blessing. We sincerely invite audiences, through these vessels and artifacts, to perceive the ancestors’ heartfelt wishes for peace, prosperity, joy, and longevity, and to experience the subtle yet profound emotional expression embedded within Chinese culture’s auspicious imagery across millennia
